Rachel Davis
Rachel Davis began her career as a practicing psychologist, prior to becoming a full time artist. Her award winning art has been juried in international and national shows, the De Young Open, the Salon at the Triton Museum, and is in collections across the globe. Her series, “Something Borrowed”, grew out of a decades long practice of Ikebana, Japanese flower arranging. A meaningful addition to her current work is the use of antique Asian papers inherited from an Ikebana practitioner who can no longer work herself.
