Lee Cline
Lee Cline is a designer and self-taught painter. She looks to art-making as a way to re-connect with the tangible: the physicality of paint, the dirty hands, the process of working and re-working of materials. Recently she completed a series of paintings of California native wildlife. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Modern Thought and Literature from Stanford University, and her MFA in Creative Writing from Mills College. A California native herself, she currently lives and works in rural Maine.
