About Glenn Fischer
Glenn Fischer works with discarded and outdated print material, textbooks, album covers and magazines, to construct geometric-inspired collages. He extracts characters, text and illustrations from their original context and recombines them, creating new meaning by way of their interactions. Fischer has exhibited in group and solo exhibitions in the United States, and was showcased and cataloged in the anthology, “Cutting Edges: Contemporary Collage” by the Berlin publisher, Gestalten. Fischer is based in New York.
