Liv Antonecchia is a ceramic artist based in Mount Pleasant, South Carolina, originally from Katonah, New York. She studied Craft/Material Studies at Virginia Commonwealth University, focusing on ceramics and glasswork. Liv creates ceramic wall pieces, often hand-building them from slabs of clay and incorporating both organic and industrial influences. Her current work includes "donut" sculptures that are hollow, decorated like real pastries, and fired twice in an electric kiln for durability. She previously owned Surface Craft Gallery in Charleston and now works from her home studio.
