Elisabeth Heidinga

Based in the south of France, Elisabeth Heidinga paints expansive acrylic canvases, then cuts them into fine strips that she weaves and reassembles into dynamic abstract compositions. Drawing on her European heritage and her years in multicultural Toronto, she treats each strip as a fragment of memory, culture, or identity. A BFA graduate of OCAD University, she has work in corporate and private collections across the United States, Canada, and France.
