Nicholas Coley
Nicholas Coley is a familiar face in the woods at San Francisco’s Presidio, and his art is often likened to the Impressionists and The Society of Six. Unafraid of color, his palette is completely dependent on the weather and runs the gamut from intense oranges to cool blue-greens. Coley studied art at L’Ecole des Beaux Arts in Aix-en-Provence and at the Marchutz school in Le Tholonet, France. Coley was born in Connecticut and raised in Muir Beach, California.
